To enhance its ESG practices, it would like to have all of its ESG policies, process and activities to be reviewed for further improvement.
SRops Consulting as local consultant has collaborated with INRATE / INFRAS as international consultant to deliver the service of consultancy on the ESG practice review and development of ESG guidelines for this investment company that includes but not limited to the followings: review and improve its practice, develop framework, benchmark, guidelines, questionnaires, conduct training, lead round-table discussion, lead strategy workshop sessions with the two Boards and visit its investee companies.
GLOBAL VALUE is one of the largest EU-funded research projects to date addressing the measurement and management of business impacts on global sustainable development. It aims to create a framework and toolkit that multinational companies can use to comprehensively assess and better manage their impacts. The project is implemented by eleven research institutions, civil society organisations and companies.The consortium includes some of the leading minds in CSR and development research across Europe, Asia and Africa.
SRops' senior consultant has joined in this project as one of the Expert Crowd Members. Expert Crown Members will act as advisors and validators throughout the project. Expert Crowd Members will be suggesting existing tools and approaches for the evaluation of the project consortium, discuss and collectively solve complex problems, define indicators and tool functions and validate the initial company case studies applying the GLOBAL VALUE tool.
